Vector Labs builds tools for accountability, discipline, and measurable progress. We design our products to minimize data collection and keep user information simple, controlled, and private.

Information Collected Through Graded

Graded stores information created and managed by the user. This may include:

• Standards and goals created within the app
• Completion and performance data
• Streaks, scores, and calculated insights
• User preferences and settings

This information exists solely to power the app’s functionality, including scoring, reporting, and analytics within the user experience.

Vector Labs does not collect personal data beyond what is created or provided within the app experience.

Storage

Data is stored locally on the user’s device and may utilize Apple platform services (such as iCloud) depending on device configuration, Apple account settings, and app version.

Vector Labs does not independently maintain centralized user databases for Graded data.

Use of Information

Information is used exclusively to:

• Calculate performance metrics (grades, GPA, trends)
• Display insights and reports
• Maintain user-selected configurations

We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or behavioral tracking.

No Sale or Sharing of Personal Data

Vector Labs does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.

We do not use Graded data to build advertising profiles or distribute information externally.

Platform Services

Certain functionality may rely on Apple-provided services (e.g., iCloud, App Store, or in-app purchases). These services are governed by Apple’s own privacy policies and terms.

User Control

Users retain full control over their data within the app. Data can be modified or deleted at any time through the app interface.

Children's Privacy

Graded is not directed toward children under 13, and Vector Labs does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Vector Labs may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. Continued use of the app or website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
